As Days...Months....Years Pass what we REALISE ? "7" WONDERS IN LIFE TO KNOW....

1.We don't have the answers....Why we are here? How can we be conscious? Is there a purpose in life? Noone has answers. Most of us learn in our lives to ignore these questions....

2. Visual attraction doesn't matter....physical beauty fades with time. If you choose your partners solely based on this, you will lose your excitement in a few years and for some in just a few months.

3.Handful true friend... Most people do not care about you. where caring is the only judgment factor comes out true relation. There are only a handful of people in life who can be your true friend and support you in and all..

4.Money Matters !!!....above all threshold, money doesn't matter. We have seen both miserable billionaires and the happiest guys with above-average financial conditions.

5.Life is uncertain..... Life sometimes brings some awestruck surprises. Do not expect everything to go smoothly....

6.Pride = Poison...How many times you hesitated to call your friend because of pride? how many wonderful relationships were lost because of "pride"? Be the person with magnanimous heart..right down take the mobile and ring the person you like...you won't regret it at the end.

7. Universe.....Out of billions of galaxies, stars and out of planets, there you are doing your homework. The universe is vast and you are just a grain of sand ...

Will pass....everything will pass away... keep moving.......

"Were MNC'S looking for great actors?"

Hi, all here i am for a clarification "were MNC'S looking for great actors?"
to my conviction its absolutely "YES". Without any exaggeration moving in to topic, i would like to share my personal experience,an interview i faced with a MNC.(i am not mentioning the company name) here's how the interview was:

DAY-1

ROUND NO:1

Written exam (aptitude + verbal reasoning + technical) -- 100 marks/1 hour
i have qualified the exam with a mark of 83/100, and i was promoted to next round,
by this period of course time the time was around 12:45. i was given a coupon and was asked to go for lunch, after the lunch session i was asked to wait for 2 hours and later around 4 'o clock i was interviewed by HR MANAGER  for about 45 minutes. here it goes......

HR : TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF?

ME : When started to say. soon interrupted by HR

HR : YOU HAVE DECENT PERCENTAGE WHY DIN'T YOU GET A JOB TILL NOW?

ME : Said her about my fellowships and all..............

HR : WHY THIS COMPANY?

ME : said what i all know about the organization.

HR : YOUR INTERESTS & AND POST WE OFFER QUITE DIFFERENT HOW DO U ADAPT              YOURSELF FOR THIS JOB?

ME : given an example

HR : IMPRESSIVE ANSWER

ME : thank u

HR : ELABORATE YOUR RESEARCH PROJECT?

ME : explained....

HR : WHAT IS DATA ANALYSIS?

ME : told her my perspective

HR : WHAT IS YOUR INTEREST IN JOINING OUR Org THOUGH WE ASK FOR BOND?

ME : Vertical growth in position and horizantal growth in knowledge

HR : CONVINCING......

ME : Silence!!!!!!

HR : WHY DON'T U TRY FOR GOVT. JOBS ?

ME : told her my perspective

HR : WHAT ARE BASIC PRODUCTS THAT WE MANUFACTURE IN OUR COMPANY?

ME : explained......

to my memory i remember these questions but there were many other questions

finally........,

HR : OK Mr. NAVEEN its quite impressive u can wait outside please

ME : with a smiling face said thank you madam its more than good talking to you........

after some time HR executive informed me that i was qualified and was promoted for next round
and he informed me that i can leave for the following day and within three days they will arrange third round.listening to this stepped out the room and started walking for miles together on road brooding about something else.

DAY 2

ROUND NO; 2

I was waiting in the waiting hall psyching myself for the battle.finally after a an hour got a call and i was now sitting infront of the GM (HR).here goes the conversation

GM: WHAT AGR YOUR STRENGTHS?

ME: sir, well............"ill be what iam"

GM: GO ON......WHAT IT MEANS?

HR: so simple, i stand on my word, i stand on my decision, i go up with my own idea....

interrupted

GM: SORRY YOU MAY LEAVE.............

its around 2 in the noon...i was asked to wait..........
finally at 5;30 in the evening i was given a piece of paper with reasons for rejection
THEY WERE:

1. They were looking for the people who was not unique and who thinks like everybody else in their company does.

2.I was commanding.

3.No politeness

With this piece of paper in hand started walking out of the company in dilemma that to be what we are is wrong ?
to be unique is wrong?
companies were looking for people who moves their heads like bulls saying all yes for all  their conditions and who lie about their nature and their attitude and looks for a person who acts like as if he is the best person who suits for their company.

if this is case i wanna ask you all a question no....no......its better that everybody to ask themselves a question

"IF YOU ACT LIKE EVERY BODY ELSE AND KILL YOUR OWN CHARACTER FOR A JOB.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND REST OF THE WORLD ?"

finally, what i want to convey to all is......

Don't kill your innate creativity and your own nature/character and your uniqueness for cheap things be you till u live long......

remember the words of A.P.J ABDUL KALAM SIR,

"BE YOU AND NOT LIKE EVERY-BODY ELSE"...................

Possibility of Admission to MS or PhD Abroad On The Basis Of GATE Results.

Hi all,I found that National University of Singapore NUS and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) are offering MS and PhD programs on the basis of GATE results. I collect few details to help readers and they can also do further research if interested in studying in Singapore. Both the universities are highly reputed and offer degrees in all streams or fields of science and engineering.

Nation University of Singapore
Eligibility: Good performance in Bachelors degree and above 90 percentile in GATE.
Official website: National University of Singapore Graduate
Tuition Fee: 10000~17220 SGD (Singapore dollars) Approximately 3~5 Lakh Indian Rupees per annum.
Official website: NUS Graduate program fees
Nanyang Technological University
Eligibility: Good performance in Bachelors degree and above 90 percentile in GATE.
Official website: Nanyang Technological University Graduate admissions
Tuition Fee: 10000~17220 SGD (Singapore dollars) Approximately 3~5 Lakh Indian Rupees per annum.
Official website: NTU Graduate program fees
These are two wonderful and top class universities in Asia. They also offer limited scholarships. The basic disadvantage for Indian students who scored well is that the tuition fee is too high and Singapore is an expensive place to live. This makes students to opt for IITs and NITs where education is almost free and you get ample scholarship.
Hope this helps many students to get an idea about Singapore universities. There is much more to come on study abroad and other opportunities. Please do subscribe by email for more updates, and don’t forget to activate it.

"REALISED" an Article

One day, some "x" was so angry, that he left home, swearing not to return, till I became a big guy. Parents, who can't even buy me a Bike, have no rights to dream to make him an Engineer. In his fit of anger, he didn't even realise that I was wearing my father's Shoes. he even stole his wallet, which had some papers, torn as well, which his mother won't seen...
While, he was rushing on foot towards the bus station, he realised some prickly pain in his foot. he also felt dampness inside the shoe. That is when he realised the shoe had a hole underneath.
There were no buses around. Not knowing what to do, he started to look in his Dad's wallet. he found a loan receipt of Rs. 40,000, which he taken from his office. A laptop bill (he had bought for him). To his utter shock, also found a letter from his manager to wear a neat looking shoes, henceforth to the office. he remembered his mother pestering him to buy a pair of new shoes, but he would convince her that his shoes would last another six months atleast.
Also, found an old scooter to a new bike, Exchange offer letter in his wallet.
he instantly remembered, that when he left home, his Dad's scooter was not there.
he started feeling weak in his legs, and felt like weeping uncontrollably!. he ran back home with his foot paining, only to find his Dad nor the scooter there. he found him at the exchange offer place.
Looking at his Dad, his grief engulfed him. he hugged him tightly and started crying loudly, said "Dad I don't need the Bike".
That is when he realised, the pain, hardship our parents go through, and the unconditional love that they give us. We should only look to seek our needs and not our unrealistic wants.
Ridiculing parents when they are alive, and longing for them when they are not around, has no meaning..
Kindly tell this story to your children to help them identify and develop human values in them........unknown

Note : non technical but makes you realize some things in you life

WHY ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS WERE JOBLESS????

Hello,I thank each and every reader of the following article.

To get started, i need to begin with the students life from final year of  B.Tech. Because that was the decisive time when every student have his/her own ideas about his/her career. Further, we discuss only about how the life of an electrical engineering student turns.

Apart from the students of IIT's and NIT'S, all other students from private engineering colleges and universities face quite a common problem, that is lack of placements in their respective colleges/universities. As we have good number of software companies, they recruit "n" number of students, but the thing to be notified is 95 percent of the companies recruit students of electrical department for the posts of Business Process Outsourcing       (BPO), Tele-Marketing & Transactions risk investigation, having no alternative prospects more than 75 percent of the people migrate to software. We are now left with remaining 25% of the students, reasons may be many either due to lack of interest in software or their love towards their field of study they step out of the college with great percentage, but less knowledge, with worth full study but useless degree, less confidence but great ambitions.

In fact, four ways for career building will revolve in minds of these students, they are MS in US, Government job, job in private sector industries and Entrepreneurship. Among these 25 percent of the students more than 10%  get motivated by their friends advisory and by the US dollar dreams and fly up, driving there parents to face economical risk factor. However, now a days to secure a government job is quite a difficult task as many barriers like reservations, illegal job Mafia restricts you to get through a govt. job. 5 % of the students still with a little hope keep their perennial efforts to crack them.

However, from the remaining ten percent of the students 3 to 4 % of the students get settled by taking up the charge to look after their family business. The remaining 6 to 7 % of the students on contemplating all these consequences, they try to get through the private industries, but the fact is 98 percent of the private jobs were filled up by references. And moreover life of students who migrated to US  for pursuing masters is also a question with no answer.  Can we blame anyone for the following consequences?, instead throwing blame on present education system, on government and on the situations we face, feeling responsible of our own career might bring a change.
Students are found to be poor, poor in knowledge, poor in intellectuality, poor in self-decision making, The worst thing is to serve them because,

TELL THEM IT'S A SMALL INVESTMENT, THEY SAY CAN'T EARN MUCH.
TELL THEM TO COME IN BIG , THEY'LL SAY NO MONEY.
TELL THEM TRY NEW THINGS, THEY'LL SAY NO EXPERIENCE.
TELL THEM IT'S TRADITIONAL BUSINESS, THEY'LL SAY HARD TO DO.
TELL THEM IT'S A NEW BUSINESS MODEL, THEY'LL SAY IT'S MLM.
TELL THEM TO RUN A SHOP, THEY'LL SAY NO FREEDOM.
TELL THEM TO RUN A NEW BUSINESS, THEY'LL SAY NO EXPERTISE.

In fact they have some things in common they are THEY LOVE TO ASK GOOGLE,  LISTEN TO FRIENDS WHO ARE AS HOPELESS AS THEM, THEY THINK MORE THAN AN UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR AND DO LESS THAN A BLIND MAN, when we ask them, what can they do, they won't be able to answer.

Though i too belong to these sector of students, but started  trying to put my ideas in to action to achieve something that i dream to. So my conclusion is instead being jobless, establish yourself to survive, and to succeed. Create an opportunity instead waiting for the one.

GO, GIVE, LIVE with a motto

"INSTEAD OF JUST THINKING ABOUT IT, WHY NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT"
do not waste your life just by waiting......................,
